Huntsman Leadership Summit Announces Fifth Session
Forty-eight additional underclassmen will experience the program in 2016
April 5, 2016
This summer, the Horizons Huntsman Leadership Summit will host a fifth session for the first time in the program’s history, giving an additional 48 Sigma Chi incoming sophomores and juniors the opportunity to partake in leadership development programming amid the mountains of Snowbird, Utah. In recent years, Sigma Chi has hosted four sessions each year, but a generous donation from Significant Sig Bob McNair, SOUTH CAROLINA 1958, via the Robert and Janice McNair Educational Foundation provided the International Fraternity with the resources necessary to host an additional session this year and for the foreseeable future.
This summer’s Horizons sessions will take place from May 22 to 28; June 12 to 19; June 19 to 26; July 10 to 17; and July 17 to 24. Those brothers selected to participate in the program have been notified, and are encouraged to secure their travel arrangements as soon as possible in order to minimize the cost of airfare to the Fraternity; they can do so by reaching out to Andrew Jung, DEPAUL 2015, leadership programs coordinator at Sigma Chi International Fraternity Headquarters, at (847) 869-3655, ext. 224.
