Alumni Annual Reports Due to Headquarters
All alumni chapters, associations and clubs are required to submit annual reports

Sigma Chi International Fraternity Headquarters has opened its online reporting tool for alumni chapters that need to submit their annual reports. The deadline for chapters to submit their reports is Feb. 15, 2014. The report is required for all alumni organizations to remain in good standing with the Fraternity, including the retention of all of their attendant honors and privileges.
All chapters, associations and clubs need to submit meeting information, officer contact information, details about the year’s upcoming events and an up-to-date chapter roster to Sigma Chi International Fraternity Headquarters by the Feb. 15 deadline.
Alumni chapters and associations are required to pay a $250 annual fee when their officers submit their reports. The $250 amount reflects the fee increase that the Executive Committee approved earlier this year.
Please be aware that paper annual reports will not be accepted this year. The Fraternity will only accept submissions that are made through Sigma Chi’s online reporting tool.
