The mission of the Sigma Chi Headquarters is to support the purposes, policies and people of the Sigma Chi Fraternity in a congenial, professional manner for the good of the Fraternity.

Headquarters currently has an immediate opening for the position of Chapter Support Coordinator. Applications are being accepted on a rolling basis until the position is filled. The Chapter Support Coordinator works within the Chapter Support Team to provide an added level of guidance to the undergraduate chapters of the Sigma Chi Fraternity. Success in this position requires well-developed skills in organization, communication, time-management, and the ability to work synergistically with a large number of volunteers and staff members. This position also requires the ability to quickly develop working relationships with various staff, university professionals, undergraduates and alumni to accomplish the goals of the Chapter Support Team. A team oriented mindset and motivation is essential to working as part of the Chapter Support Team and as a member of the Sigma Chi Headquarters Staff.
